Dave
I am a graduate of CenterPoint Massage and Shiatsu School's East-West Therapeutic Bodywork Program. This is a 1290 hour in-depth program designed to combine both the Western scientific approach and the Eastern energetic approach into one methodology.
I became fascinated with the energetic systems of the body as a young boy. Over the years I continued to learn, mostly through experiences with my own physical issues. Now I am focused on utilizing my knowledge and experience to do what I can to help others return to a pain-free lifestyle.
If you are coming to see me for the first time, you should expect a session focused on your concerns and goals. I use my knowldege and experience in every session to work the areas that are bothering you as well as to pin point the actual cause of the issue, which in many cases, may not be at the site of the pain. After the first session I will give you feedback and propose a treatment plan that I think will best fit you. Expect to be pleased, maybe even surprised by the outcome!

Dot
Dot graduated from the Minnesota School of Business' massage therapy program in St. Cloud. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Physiology from the College of St. Scholastica and a Master of Science degree in Sport Management from St. Cloud State University.
Dot is also a Certified Athletic Trainer. Having a sports medicine background and knowledge of athletic injuries, she is highly qualified to assess and recommend an optimal treatment plan for sports related issues. She is passionate about helping clients recover faster so they can maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Jess
Jess went to massage school at Carlson College of Massage Therapy in Stone City, Iowa, a nationally accredited institution. She specializes in Ashiatsu massage, an ancient form of barefoot massage that uses the therapist's foot to apply deep, luxurious, pain-free compression strokes to the body. Only one foot is on the body at a time with this type of massage. In addition to massage, Jess has a degree in school counseling and enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog.

Lisa
Lisa graduated from the Minnesota School of Business' massage therapy program. She has spent the past seven years committed to developing her skills in massage therapy and Reiki, combining her talents and skills for therapeutic touch and restorative healing.
"I believe that our bodies have the ability to heal themselves, and that massage therapy and Reiki are some of the purest forms of 'medicine' that we can offer to ourselves. My unique style of massage is guided by the needs of the individual and incorporates Swedish, deep tissue, hot stones and aromatherapy. All which lead to a more graceful, fluid body that becomes pain free. Reiki allows the client to be the guide of their own healing process. As a Reiki practitioner, I become the facillitator by helping the energy resume it's balanced flow throughout the system and all of it's organs. She has continued her education in a variety of healing modalities and is currently working towards her Bachelors degree in Exercise Fitness. While practicing as a massage therapist, she also works as an educator in her field. Nicole's mission is to better people's lives through the integration of the power of touch, movement and intention.

Whitney graduated from the Universal College of Healing Arts, a 1000 hour massage program in Omaha, Nebraska. The Universal College of Healing Arts' philosophy is what initially fascinated Whitney to travel over 6 hours away from home to pursue her passion. UCHA encourages exploring all modalities and methods which further healing. "We believe in a holistic approach to wellness and possess an open mind toward exploring all dimensions of life and the healing arts (i.e. physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual)." UCHA promotes openness to progressive teaching methods, meditation and new experiences in order to draw out their students' natural abilities.
