This helps you to work around old injuries or limitations, eliminate old habits, and release blocks to enable you to live life more vibrantly. You never feel lost or like you can’t do something. We create a non-competitive and safe environment where each person can experience Yoga without worrying what others may think. You are given options throughout the lesson so that each session fits your ability.

Amy Erickson is an International Yoga Teacher and Yoga Life Coach. She has extensive experience in working with clients energy, breath, and body. She teaches her clients tools to quiet their mind and feel their emotions. Her clients learn how to help themselves heal leaving behind physical and emotional pain and blocks which allows them to live a more fulfilling life.
