I began seeing Sara several weeks ago, after it was suggested that acupuncture could help alleviate my chronic sinus issues. At our first session, Sara was very thorough, asking lots of questions about my condition and explaining everything along the way. Acupuncture has definitely helped to finally get a handle on my chronic sinus issues. The acupuncture itself is virtually painless, and the time spent relaxing during the treatment is so beneficial to reducing my stress levels. As I have continued my treatments, I have noticed better sleep quality and increased amount of daily energy. I would definitely recommend acupuncture, especially for the treatment of chronic sinus issues.

Anoka Massage has been my saving grace for my chronic upper back pain. I've had several times I could barely get out of bed. Cause of my upper back spasms and after seeing any of the massage therapists at Anoka Massage, I end up walking out with significant relief.
