Shuana, also known as “Shu” is our newest apprentice massage therapist at Anoka Massage and Pain Therapy. A recent graduate of the massage program at Anoka Ramsey Community College, Shu has completed her formal training and is now gaining hands-on experience while delivering thoughtful, professional care. Shu values the power of therapeutic touch and connection to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being. She is passionate about working with geriatric patients and creating a safe, respectful space where healing touch is normalized and restorative. She enjoys incorporating different modalities such as myofascial release (MFR), trigger point therapy, deep tissue, and the relaxation of Swedish massage, tailoring each session to the individual guest. In her free time, she enjoys taking dance classes and going to the gym.
